Rates
$900/week (A week is usually required during peak season – Feb. 1 – July 15)
$140/weeknight (2 night minimum out of season)
$160/weekend night (2 night minimum out of season)
$2,400/month December, January, or February – no monthly rentals available from March - June
In-season months (February through July 15) are booked on a weekly basis. Holiday and festival weekends from July 15 - Feb. 1 require a minimum of 4 nights and will not be reserved more than 4 weeks in advance unless you reserve at least a week's stay.
Holidays and festivals book up quickly. We don't have special "extra high" rates for holidays, but the minimum booking is a requirement. Busy times include the usual holidays, the Arts Festival in April, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, and the Seafood Festival in October.
* Booking is confirmed with a credit card or deposit. Unit is non-smoking and pets are not allowed, sorry.
